An ECG is a recording of the electrical activity of the heart. Doctors use ECGs to detect possible heart rhythm abnormalities
During physical activities, after them and even during rest, a number of expected changes occur in the normal heart. The ECG monitoring system can detect anomalies relative to these expected changes. If the analysis algorithms identify irregular or unusual ECG readings, this could indicate the possible presence of cardiovascular diseases. While we are not the only one, others provide significantly less quality of data (heart beat measurement or 1-channel ECG), not allowing for proper interpretation. Specialists consider single-lead ECG systems poorly applicable to medical practice and points out their low diagnostic value compared to full 3-lead ECG systems
Person should put on the t-shirt normally, connect the HealthBox to the special pad on the chest and synchronise it with the phone. Then received data from the body is transferred to the servers for analysis by system's advanced algorithms in real-time. If any irregularities are found, instant alerts are generated
Yes. T-shirt is washable in washing machine. HealthBox should be disconnected form the t-shirt
The device is not completely waterproofed but deals well with sweat. It should not be washed or used in the water
Internal storage of the HealthBox is 32 megabytes. It is enough to store 10 hours of data when the device is not connected by Bluetooth to the mobile phone
MAP System is a monitoring system. It is not sold as medical device and can't replace a doctor
All the stored on the devices data is encrypted, and transferred using secured protocol. On the server raw data is anonymized and is used for analysis
